Noah Van Wyk will be the chef with Tad Furtado as sous chef in a four-course dinner for 8 in your home! Noah is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked locally at the Thompson House before coming to Sap House Meadery NoCo, where he has played the lead role in developing the menu and working with the team to incorporate craft made meads and cocktails into an elevated culinary experience.
The dinner will feature some of the Sap House meads and will reflect the preferences of the winning bidder.
